All deposits made on KLMQ are considered active investments and are allocated to compounding strategies. As such, funds are not refundable once invested, unless required by law.
Users may request withdrawals in accordance with their investment tier and selected compounding schedule. Withdrawal processing may take up to 7 business days and may be delayed for:
KYC verification
Security review
Platform maintenance or market fluctuations
If a deposit was made in error (e.g., duplicate deposit, incorrect amount), users must contact support at information@klmq.xyz within 24 hours of the transaction. Refunds are at the discretion of KLMQ and may require identity verification.
In the event of a system malfunction resulting in user loss, KLMQ will investigate thoroughly. Refunds or credit adjustments will be considered only if the loss is proven to result directly from KLMQ’s fault.
Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action. All users agree to resolve any disputes directly through KLMQ’s support team before initiating a chargeback.
KLMQ reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
