By accessing and using the KLMQ platform ("Platform"), operated by KLM Enterprises Services LLC, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.
To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. You must also have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
KLMQ is a technology-enabled investment platform offering automated compound investment strategies and referral-based commission programs. All investments involve risk, and performance is not guaranteed.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.
Deposits may be subject to minimum and maximum limits and are non-refundable unless required by law. Withdrawals may take up to 7 business days to process. KLMQ reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawals under suspicion of fraud, abuse, or technical maintenance.
Returns are calculated based on selected tiers and are automatically reinvested unless otherwise specified. While KLMQ employs strategic automation, returns may fluctuate due to market conditions. Earnings are not insured and may not meet projections.
Users may earn commissions for referring others. Abuse of the referral program (e.g., multiple self-accounts, bots) is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of earnings.
All investments involve risk, including the potential loss of capital. KLMQ does not provide financial advice. Users are encouraged to perform independent due diligence before investing.
You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to:
Fraud or misrepresentation
Money laundering or terrorist financing
Exploiting system bugs or automated scripts
Circumventing referral rules
All site content, branding, code, and intellectual property are the exclusive property of KLM Enterprises Services LLC. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without written permission is prohibited.
KLMQ values your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal details (e.g., name, email, IP address)
Financial data (e.g., deposit amounts, transaction logs)
Behavioral data (e.g., platform activity, referral usage)
To manage your account and provide services
To prevent fraud and ensure platform integrity
To comply with legal obligations and financial regulations
Access: You can request a copy of your stored data.
Correction: You can update or correct your personal information.
Erasure: You can request deletion of your data, subject to financial/legal obligations.
Objection: You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

KLMQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or investment. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
KLMQ reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
KLMQ may suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms, fraud, or abusive behavior.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
